My name is Kelsey. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Nidra Meditation Instructor, and Nutrition Coach. I work hard to prove fitness doesn't have to mean super model abs or Olympic weightlifting. It's about knowing your body inside and out, making positive choices to improve your quality of life, and finding what makes you happy while being active. I teach you to listen to your body, prioritize exercise, find energy in nutrition, have good sleep habits and ultimately, make healthy choices over a journey of time - one small step in front of another. Personal Training is more than just an aesthetic luxury - it can be affordable, educational, and manageable for the modern busy lifestyle. I have a plan for everyone and will work within a budget or packed schedule to help you reach your goals.

Dear Future Client:

My name is Kelsey. I own Believe Again Fitness.

I chose to become a Personal Trainer under my own company so I could work with people on an authentic level without the pressure of membership sales or high end pricing. I'm not trying to undersell the fitness industry or compete against other trainers. I offer a platform to help you move better, feel less stress, and learn about yourself without breaking the bank.

I believe fitness is a journey, not a sprint. I will not offer you a 4, 8 or 12 week boot camp transformation. There are many places and trainers who will, and for anyone who needs that kick start, I highly recommend trying one. I am here for you on a functional level. My passion is for individuals with limited mobility, seniors, pre-natal and postpartum women, people who are over weight, new to fitness, have a passion for knowledge, want a challenge or need to be more in control of their own well being. 'Overall Fitness' takes time to learn. We work on proper form with exercise, mind control, breathing techniques, mind-muscle connection, a healthy attitude, and integrate a positive routine into your mind, body and soul. The only way to know where you are going is to know where you are at... so we look at posture, body metrics, measurements and a whole lot more than just the number on the scale or physical shape. I am looking for people who know they need to do something (lose weight, eat better, get active) but don't quite know the steps to get there or need the extra push to do so. If you are willing to invest in yourself as a priority, are ready to put the work in towards change and want someone to believe in you so you can reach your full potential.... Message me <HERE>
